To disable this option, open the WebProfile and make the below changes.
Navigation: PeopleTools >> Web Profile >> Web Profile Configuration
If enabled, the system caches the user ID and automatically inserts it on the signon page. This is a convenience for end users. The default value of this field is 7 days.
Specify a value of 0 to disable this feature. PeopleSoft recommends 0 in a public area or kiosk situation.
Navigation: PeopleTools >> Web Profile >> Web Profile Configuration
- Select the Profile in use for your environment.
- Select the Security Tab in the open profile.
- In the Security Tab, locate 'Days to Auto Fill User ID'.
- Change this from '7' to '0' and Reboot the PIA.
